Conference fee

Regular participants (without presenting a paper or poster) – participation is free.

 
EARLY-BIRD  RATES

(Applicable to those who pay the fee by June 20th)

Speakers:
  • regular fee – 30 EUR
  • doctoral and MA students fee – 15 EUR
Poster’s author:
  • regular fee – 20 EUR
  • doctoral and MA students fee –  10 EUR
 
REGULAR  RATES

(Applicable to those who pay the fee after the early-bird deadline (20.06-31.07. 2024)

Speakers:
  • regular fee – 40 EUR
  • doctoral and MA students fee –  20 EUR

Poster’s author:
  • regular fee – 30 EUR
  • doctoral and MA students fee –  15 EUR
 
Gala dinner:
  • Participation in the gala dinner entails an additional fee of 40 EUR
 
Detailed information:
  • If someone is both a speaker and the author of a poster pays only the conference fee as a speaker
  • If someone presents more than one paper pays the conference fee only once.
  • If a few authors present a paper or a poster, all of them should pay the conference fee.

IMPORTANT

  • We inform conference participants (speakers) that they must pay the participation fee and gala dinner by July 31, 2024.

  • If you need an invoice for the conference fee and gala dinner, please send the data necessary to issue an invoice (i.e., your university’s name, address, and Tax Identification Number). Without this data, we cannot issue an invoice for you. Please send the information as soon as you complete the money transfer at  martina.zvarikova@uniba.sk  or  zlatica.plasienkova@uniba.sk
