ORGANIZATIONAL   INFORMATION

  • DATE: Friday-Saturday, September 11-12, 2026
  • VENUE: UPSC Campus, Chișinău, 1 Ion Creangă Street, Academic Block No. 1, MD-2069, Republic of Moldova
  • CONFERENCE  MODE: both on-site (in-person) and online presentations are acceptable, but on-site presentations are highly appreciated and preferred.
  • LANGUAGE  of  the PAPER: English (preferred), Romanian, and Polish (acceptable
  • LENGTH  of  the PRESENTATION: 20 minutes
  • MULTIMEDIA  PRESENTATIONS: PowerPoint presentations (preferred) (OBLIGATORY  in English or bilingual for presentations in Romanian and Polish)

  • Publication: Selected conference papers may be submitted for publication, after a standard peer-review process, in one of the following journals published by Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, Poland.  Acceptance and publication are not automatic and depend on the outcome of the review process and compliance with each journal’s guidelines. All three journals do not charge authors any publication fees.
  • Accommodation: The organizers do not provide accommodation. We suggest a convenient hotel close to the UKSW campus.  However, participants should contact the hotel on their own.

GENERAL  INFORMATION:

The condition for presenting a paper is a positive evaluation of the submitted abstract. Depending on the number of applications, the organizers reserve the right to select proposals from among positively assessed abstracts that best suit the conference subject and to ensure an even distribution across individual sections.
