Sposób zgłaszania referatu
Warunkiem wygłoszenia referatu podczas konferencji jest zgłoszenie propozycji poprzez wypełnienie formularza, w ramach którego należy przedstawić abstrakt referatu (do 2,5 tys. znaków). Abstrakty będą oceniane przez specjalistów. W zależności od ilości zgłoszeń organizatorzy rezerwują sobie prawo do wyboru tych propozycji, spośród pozytywnie ocenionych abstraktów, które najlepiej przystają do tematyki konferencji i zapewniają równomierny podział na sekcje tematyczne. Ostateczne decyzje w tej sprawie podejmuje Komitet Naukowy konferencji.
Zgłoszone referaty będą oceniane wg następujących kryteriów:
- Zgodność treści z tytułem wystąpienia – 0-5 pkt.
- Ocena problematyki (sposób przedstawienia problemu i sformułowania celu) – 0-10 pkt.
- Ocena metodologiczna abstraktu (ocena wewnętrznej struktury referatu) – 0-10 pkt.
- Ocena wartości merytorycznej (stopień oryginalności i aktualności pracy; wkład w rozwój zagadnienia) – 0-50 pkt.
- Zgodność tematyki referatu z problematyką konferencji – 0-25 pkt.
- Maksymalna liczba punktów możliwych do uzyskania wynosi 100, warunkiem pozytywnej oceny abstraktu jest uzyskanie minimum 60 pkt.

Paper submission procedure
A condition for presenting a paper at the conference is to submit a proposal by completing the online form, which requires an abstract of the paper (up to 2,500 characters). Experts will evaluate abstracts. Depending on the number of submissions, the organizers reserve the right to select, from among the positively evaluated abstracts, those proposals which best fit the conference theme and ensure a balanced distribution across thematic sessions. Final decisions in this matter are taken by the Scientific Committee of the conference.
Submitted abstracts will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
1) Consistency of the content with the title of the presentation – 0–5 points
2) Evaluation of the research problem (how the problem and aim are formulated and presented) – 0–10 points
3) Methodological evaluation of the abstract (internal structure of the paper) – 0–10 points
4) Evaluation of the substantive value (degree of originality and timeliness; contribution to the development of the topic) – 0–50 points
5) Consistency of the paper’s topic with the theme of the conference – 0–25 points
6) The maximum score is 100 points. A minimum of 60 points is required for a positive evaluation of the abstract.
