ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION
- Date: Thursday-Friday, September 18-19, 2025
- Venue: UKSW campus, Wóycickiego 1/3, Warsaw
- Conference mode: offline for speakers and other participants
- Language of the paper: 1) English (preferred), 2) Polish and Slovak (acceptable), but with obligatory presentations in English
- Length of paper presentation: 20 minutes
- Multimedia presentations: PowerPoint presentations (preferred) (obligatory in English)

- Publication: The organizers propose to publish presented papers in the journal Studia Ecologiae et Bioethicae (open access, free of charge, indexed by SCOPUS, EBSCO, DOAJ, Norwegian Register, CESJH, CEEOL, …).
- Accommodation: The organizers do not provide accommodation. We suggest a convenient hotel close to the UKSW campus. However, participants should contact the hotel on their own.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
The condition for presenting a paper is a positive evaluation of the submitted abstract. Depending on the number of applications, the organizers reserve the right to select proposals from among positively assessed abstracts that best suit the conference subject and ensure an even division into individual sections.
